Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring motivated, results-oriented Sales Agents capable of closing sales while providing excellent customer service.

Language Requirements:

• Hungarian: Native level

• English: Fluent (Italian is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and returning customers.

• Perform consistent follow-ups on hot leads.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the perfect cruise.

• Handle objections and close the sale.

• Update and maintain accurate CRM data.

• Stay up-to-date on ships, itineraries, and special offers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in tourism, luxury, hospitality, or call centers).

• Excellent communication skills via phone and online.

• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Passion for travel (knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus).

• Familiarity with CRM and booking systems (training will be provided).
